| How soon will my goods arrive? We provide an efficient delivery service, as we want to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Stock permitting, all of the goods that you order will usually be with you within 10 days. We deliver all year round and whenever possible we will deliver before 12 noon. Please note: Our courier service is available in most areas of Mainland Great Britain. If special conditions apply to your order, Customer Services will be able to advise you. |

Next Day Delivery - See it today, have it tomorrow We now offer Next Day Delivery online, where available, on orders placed before 5 pm. Order Monday to Friday before 5pm, your goods will arrive next day. Order anytime on Saturday or up to 2pm on Sunday your goods will arrive on Monday. Cost will be confirmed before confirming your order. Why wait in all day? With AM/PM delivery you don't have to! Available on selected items and covers most courier areas. |

| Can an order be delivered to a different address other than my home? All new customers must receive their first order to their home address for security reasons. We can offer you an alternative delivery address service if you place your order through Order Line on 0844 556 3030. Unfortunately, orders placed via the website cannot offer an alternative delivery address facility for security reasons. |

| What happens if I am out when my goods are delivered? Don't worry, if you're not at home, the courier will leave a card. All you have to do is call the number on the card and arrange a convenient time for the courier to return. Customers receiving delivery by post will also receive a calling card and will be asked to call to arrange for their goods to be delivered on a convenient day. |

| Will I be charged for delivery? A small handling and delivery fee of £3.99 will be charged with every order made. |
