How soon will my goods arrive?

We provide an efficient delivery service, as we want to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Stock permitting, all of the goods that you order will usually arrive within 7 working days. We deliver all year round via our courier service, which is available in most areas of Mainland Great Britain. If special conditions apply to your order, Customer Services will be able to advise you.

Can an order be delivered to a different address other than my home?

For security purposes all new customers must have their first order delivered to their home address. Subsequent orders can then be delivered to an alternative address of your choice if you place your order through the Order Line on 0844 556 3030.

Unfortunately, orders placed online cannot be delivered to an alternative delivery address.

Will I be charged for delivery?

A handling and delivery fee of £3.99 will be charged with every order made.
