How do I shop online with Witt International? If you are new to Witt you will need to create an account. Once you have given us a few details your order will be processed and delivered direct to your home. When you receive your first delivery you will also receive your Witt International customer number. You will need this to shop with us in the future - it's safe, secure and unique to you.

| When I place my order, will I be notified if any items are out of
stock? Unless you're shopping with us for the first time, you'll be re-presented with your order details, together with current stock information when you reach 'checkout'. If an item is temporarily unavailable, the screen will show the expected 'in stock' date. You can choose to reserve the item and it will be dispatched when it becomes available. You can remove items by ticking the box in the 'Remove' column. |
| Will my order be delayed if any items are out of stock? No, we will send you the items that are 'in stock' straightaway, and your other items will follow later. We will give you the expected date for the items you are waiting for to arrive. |
| What is an Offer Code? An Offer Code enables you to take advantage of our special promotions and free gift offers. Make a note of the offer code advertised and remember to enter it in the box at the bottom of your 'shopping bag' page - this will ensure that you receive that particular incentive with your accompanying order. |
| Are discounts shown with online orders? If your purchase qualifies you for a discount, this will always be shown on your monthly statement.
